Established in 1925, the 2010-11 academic year is Hanson Memorial High School’s 85th year of offering Franklin area students a Catholic education. The junior high school grades 6-8 and high school enrollment of 275 students boasts a culture that values love and concern of others, where the dignity of each student is recognized; where teachers expectations is academic excellence; where responsibility and an atmosphere that encourages kindness is honored; and where we challenge students physical development with collaborative team building honed with competitive edge.
The underlying, controlling reality of Hanson Memorial High School is Jesus Christ. Hanson is a Roman Catholic School and therefore seeks to fulfill the education mission of the Church as set forth by the Catholic Bishops.
